Welcome to the Horry County Bar Association’s website. The Horry County Bar Association is a voluntary bar association whose members are members of the South Carolina Bar. The mission of the Horry County Bar Association is to provide information and programs to its dues-paying members to enable them to continue to provide the highest level of competent and ethical representation for their clients. As a voluntary bar association, the HCBA is not lawyer disciplinary agency and has no authority to investigate or act upon complaints filed against lawyers.
